What I actually do
I help you navigate the parts of an international property purchase that don't fit one country.
Most of my clients are not first-time buyers. They are accomplished, internationally minded people who simply find themselves outside the system they know — a different banking culture, an unfamiliar lending market, paperwork in another language, professionals they have never worked with before.
I work alongside them on the parts where cross-border experience makes the real difference: financing and lender selection, banking relationships, the structure and sequencing of the purchase, and how to navigate unfamiliar legal and tax environments — coordinating with the right local lawyers, notaries and tax advisors so the whole transaction holds together.
The goal is always the same: fewer surprises, fewer costly mistakes, and a clearer view of what each decision really means.

My role is to help clients understand their options, avoid costly mistakes and approach major international decisions with clarity and confidence — from the first informal call to the moment the keys are handed over.

Cross-border experience that takes years to build.
Fourteen years inside Luxembourg's international private banking world, as Vice President advising entrepreneurs, investors, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices, gave me a working knowledge of how banks, lenders and wealth structures across Europe actually behave — not in theory, but in practice.
Many of my clients already lived internationally; some had homes in two or three countries. Helping people whose lives crossed borders became a natural specialty long before I founded the firm. Moving to the United States simply extended the same work across the Atlantic.
